Tonight I am going to write about a funny thing that happened to me today.  So we were at the dock getting ready to board the boat, and my friend reminded me that he has been playing all of these gigs at a bar in town.  I thought it was weird because he’s not that good at guitar or singing.  So I challenged him on it.  I told him to grab is acoustic guitar and perform in front of us while on the boat.  Well he’s never been one to turn down a challenge, so he was the first to run to his car and grab his guitar – and with a lot of excitement!  So he starts singing and it was pretty bad I have to admit.  But we gave him some constructive feedback, and by the end of the day trip, he was playing some really good stuff!  I think he now has a good shot at becoming famous, and it was all because I told him to play the guitar.  I’m really proud of him right now and can’t wait to go to all of his future gigs, because I think they are going to be packed!
